Refund Policy

At Signet Services, we are committed to providing high-quality technology solutions and support. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1. General Policy

  • Our services (IT support, hosting, Sage support, cloud solutions, training, etc.) are typically provided on a contractual or subscription basis.

  • As such, refunds are not generally offered once services have been delivered, licenses activated, or hosting resources provisioned.

2. Service Agreements & SLAs

  • Clients under a Service Level Agreement (SLA) or managed service contract will be bound by the refund or cancellation terms outlined in that agreement.

  • Prepaid SLA or subscription fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated.

3. Hosting & Cloud Services

  • Hosting, email, cloud storage, or backup services that have been provisioned and activated are non-refundable.

  • If a technical issue arises due to Signet Services’ error and cannot be resolved, a pro-rated refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

4. Training, Workshops & Events

  • Fees for training sessions, workshops, or events are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled date.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event.

5. Third-Party Products & Licensing

  • Refunds for third-party software (such as Sage, Microsoft 365, Payspace, Malwarebytes, etc.) are subject to the vendor’s own refund policy.

  • Signet Services cannot guarantee refunds once licenses have been issued or activated.

6. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases (e.g., billing errors, duplicate payments). Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
